The schedule is the same and somewhat flexible

Recent changes in management has led to several resignations of field staff. Current executive director was the forner executive director of another home health agency that tanked making staff weary of her management skills. Management will bully you publicly rather than addressing any needs for correction privately. Pay raises have been nonexistent and even when they are given, it's an insulting 1% raise for an already lower than average base pay. If you're considering applying here, I suggest you look elsewhere
