Pros

Close knit family of co-workers. Continues the mission of end of life care.

Cons

Recent changes including takeover from corporate individuals has lead to a mass exodus of some of the most talented people in hospice. Corporate leadership lies incessantly. Toxic work environment.

Not everyone understands the social workers role and will contact you for tasks outside your role.

Dr Termulo is one of the most humble, gentle, and kind sould you will ever encounter. Same kindness goes for nurse, aides, Liaisons, SW's, chaplains, even CEO...anything else is considered evil

Cons

Mathew 23:28 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.
