Pros

Competitive wages, health insurance, VERY positive and nurturing work environment, excellent communication between management and employees, excellent communication between office and field staff, milage reimbursement, drive time counts toward hours worked, lots of (non mandatory) volunteer opportunities.

Cons

I really can't think of any.

Company abused the "salaried" position, added almost daily admissions to a full time case load, unreasonable expectations; mistreated employees
