Pros
Great coworkers and very close teammates, most families are great to work with
Cons
This place is the definition of a therapy mill. Notice how all the regional and area directors are rating 5 stars, while all clinicians are telling it how it actually is (1 star). Ivy Rehab for Kids does not care about their clinicians, which is why the turnover rate is extremely high. Therapists almost always leave within a year, because they can no longer bear the miserable working environment. They expect you to be seeing patients 9 hours out of a 10 hour work day, and often time you end up taking documentation home and work sometimes 4-5 hours extra per week UNPAID. Therapists have been asking management again and again for more documentation time but it falls on deaf ears. You end up leaving for the day and absolutely dread coming in the next day for work again because you have to do it all over again. There is little to no work life balance, again because you end up taking so much work home unpaid. This is why all the staff are unassuming new grads, because they are unable to retain quality senior therapists. Not to mention pay is very low. This job will make you lose your passion for this profession and question if you even want to be a therapist anymore - its not worth it.
