Pros
JBPCO is a great company to work for. I have worked here for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it and have grown not only as a person, but as an Assistant. My coworkers are all wonderful, friendly and helpful. The management also continually looks for ways to keep employee moral high.
Cons
42.5+ hours per week for my position (however they have started allowing some flex hours which helps with work-life balance for some) Business attire is more formal (I like the attire personally, but for some it might not be a good fit)
