Pros

Some people there are nice. The pay was decent

Cons

The culture there is non existent, leadership and managers don't care about you. There is no work life balance. The recruiters lie to you, and once you start you realize what its really like there. Managers and leadership yell at each other in the hallways, and it boils over to the employees. There are no consequences for leadership treating their employees with disrespect. Very much the good 'ol boys club. There is no flexible schedule, you have to work there Mondays and Fridays, and pick your two days to work from home on either Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday. HR will walk around on Mondays and Fridays to make sure you are there. This place treats their employees like children and prisoners. They try to sugar coat it by bringing in food on Mondays or Fridays but the employees would rather have a flexible schedule. There is no transparency about how the company is doing, there is no acknowledgment on a job well done. This is a horrible place to work and your mental health will suffer.

Pros

it is miserable here. the people are jerks. skip this place. I would give negative stars if I could... Run away from this place as fast as you can.. PS...HR makes us post positive reviews that are doctored so as to bring up the negative reviews and average.

Cons

The move to the new upper floor...the workspace is a joke. It is like being in detention in middle school. Poindexter needs to fire whomever recommended this layout. ( if they care, management was the one who probably wanted this layout so as to treat the employees like prisoners in a concentration camp) Have fun with this miserable workspace to those that remain.... Whatever cost savings management is reporting will be countered by the high turnover that is coming because of the workspace. Many people are looking for new jobs... Run away from this place as fast as you can! it is a very toxic culture!! The people are miserable!!

Pros

Company offers great salary pay, above market. Provides below average insurance that will balance out. Privately owned. Hybrid work schedule. However. not indefinite, owner of company wants to see employees working at their desk.

Cons

Culture is a huge problem here. The company continues to operate very old fashion. When I joined the company, everyone was required to work the extra 30 minutes 8AM to 530PM. During peak covid-19, people were still forced to come in. The owner wants to see employees at their desk, and will assigned HR to walk around with a clipboard for head count. If you are not at your desk you will receive a call or email. When the mass turnover hit, that's when the company decided to go to a hybrid schedule, realizing that people are leaving, the company started to buy breakfast to help improve culture. During townhalls the owner would let everyone know who was fired because of poor performances at each business. There has been complete turn over in the supply chain department, no strategy except to beat suppliers down for cost savings. Many new directors that are micromanagers and definitely not experienced. However, New CPO in place this year, maybe the strategy will change.
