Decent salary and above average benefits

Cons

Zero consistency across business units in terms of processes, training, and job roles. No consequences for favored staff which either ignore their responsibilities or rubber stamp. Blatant harassment of staff leading to even higher turn over. Obvious racial/sexual discrimination. Zero document retention policy. Frequent attrition of critical subject matter experts leads to inconsistent operations. Lack of auditing/internal controls over critical financial data. If you are looking for a pay check for a while JB Poindexter will provide this. If you are seeking experience which will assist you in your career path, this is not the place for you.
