Access to work with leadership. Impactful projects

Cons

Culture is stuck in the past. HR is aware but leadership doesn’t allow changes. HR will walk up to you after your first week and try to force you to write a 5 star review right away. Finance, Corp Dev, marketing, and supply chain departments have had nearly 100% turnover in last 2-3 years

Hours are 8-5:30 and they won't tell you that until you've already started; most people work through lunch as well Terrible vacation policy; two weeks for most people Lots of turnover Micromanagement throughout the company Most are required to be in the office everyday Constant Emails, pamphlets, etc. about getting Covid vaccine This place will suck the life out of you
