You will be working as a slave and not in a captive or a company

Cons

There is no company policies which you can refer to and you cannot complaint to anyone as you will be only having the contacts to the India company and helpless and work as a slave and if you try to complaint anything, you will be thrown out of the company and they try to ruin your career.
