This is the highest paying job i have ever had in my life

Cons

No women or POC in leadership roles. While Safety Quality and Unity are our buzzwords, no one really does anything to make that happen. I have been here for 6 months and we can't even hit a 60 day safety goal. No teamwork, no empathy, and absolutely no professionalism from anyone not in HR. This is truely one of the worst jobs I've had because no one is together on anything. I should not have to tell adults that sharp things dont go where it can stab people

Very corporate and most people are nice.

Cons

Terrible processes for accessing data and tools and they ask people to work 5 days at office while some other workers work remotely (unfair).
