Pros

My collogues were enjoyable to work with and the pay was average. Few directors have the potential to elevate the company.

Cons

Leadership is unappreciative of hard working people and only look  for a quick way to make money, by cutting whoever has been working less at the company. I saw a significant increase in turnover rate and absolutely zero culture. Executives are far from caring and can overwork you as much as they want and kick you out at any time with short notice or no reason. The company still operates very traditional, with the owner assigning HR as hall monitor for head count. Also all employees are forced to have a visible weekly schedule taped outside the cubicle to mark what days employee is in office (requested by the owner). Also, after an unnecessary mass switch of departments to different parts of the office has made the space even more disorganized. They try to fool people by providing food Mondays and Fridays, as though they treat employees well, but offer no flexibility on your schedule or ignore improvements needed on the old, miserable space they call an office, and still have a high turnover.

Pros

Very corporate and most people are nice.

Cons

Terrible processes for accessing data and tools and they ask people to work 5 days at office while some other workers work remotely (unfair).
