Fixed salary component and there is no any such deduction in it

Cons

Poor Management, Poor policies and not employee friendly and can change anytime without the notice of employees. Branded as manufacturing company but in actual it's service company. No flexibility in timings and favoritism.

Cons

The company is very performance driven. If you are not good at setting goals and driving toward meeting KPI's, this is not the company for you.

Very corporate and most people are nice.

Cons

Terrible processes for accessing data and tools and they ask people to work 5 days at office while some other workers work remotely (unfair).
