Pros
I recently joined JBPCO and am impressed with my experience so far. The company excels in delivering offshore IT shared services - JDE ERP, UI & SharePoint, Cyber Security, Salesforcce and engineering support for its manufacturing units globally. The offshore team is highly skilled and well-integrated with their US counterparts, The frequent visits from onsite leadership highlight their commitment to treating the offshore team as essential and integral part. I see this as a strategic approach, similar to a Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive (MECE) technique, where diverse talents are effectively grouped to ensure a seamless global process. In JDE, I have noticed the skillful approach the way it is staged with multiple BU's and a clear road map for further integrations & Upgrades, The supportive work environment promotes learning and professional growth. This positive approach with my coach has helped me plan my short- and long-term goals clear cut. The organization's focus on future projects and staying ahead in IT trends is exciting for growth and impact which benefits mutually.
Cons
Time zone differences may affect SLAs, and new hires may face a steep learning curve.
