Good promotion from within mixed with replacement of old guard management with bringing in new talent that has experience necessary to bring proven fresh ideas. Good to see that it was not just talk and there is buy in and follow through

Cons

Company growing while fixing lingering inefficiencies at the same time sometimes slows both.

Very corporate and most people are nice.

Cons

Terrible processes for accessing data and tools and they ask people to work 5 days at office while some other workers work remotely (unfair).
