Pros

The discounts. You get 30-70% on clothing and accessories. Also, they are very flexible for the hours you can work each week and you can still get a discount even if you only work a few hours per week or every other week!

Cons

Schedules are not structured and even though you may work until closing, sometimes the store is not recovered on time, the markdowns are not finished or there is cleaning to do and associates have to stay till later than 9 in some cases. During the break there are no accommodations for associates ( in the break room) such as enough seating, enough space int he fridge to keep our lunch or dinner and anything to do after those hard working hours with customers. Also, the pay does not compensate all the heavy duty work to be done in the store.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
