Pros

Okay. So the only reason there are 4 stars is because of the associate discount. IT IS CRAZY GOOD. Also, this would be the only reason I would ever go back to this company to work with as well. 0.5% Commission usually makes up for the taxes that deduct from your paycheck.

Cons

These TERRIBLE things called on calls, where you are technically not scheduled but must have that time open anyways in case they need you and tell you to come to work. YOU have to call to check if they need you or not 2 hours before your scheduled on call. Also, SNOBBY, STUCK UP management. Like really, you manage at a retail clothing store.. get your head out of your butt please. your not that important. When you are shopping in your own time they do NOTHING for you act as if you don't exist. Making goal doesnt mean you are a good associate...management has to like you in order to be an outstanding associate and get more hours.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
