Pros

Great pay! Pretty flexible with the hours, Very adorable clothes :) Breaks are reasonable.

Cons

Dress code is ridiculously expensive to follow! You dont have to wear their clothes but to keep up with thier dress code that changes every three months is really hard. You get No Benifits they keep all employees at part time!! They dropped me from 40+ hours a week to 10hours a week without any notice. My Management was horrible None of my managers were on the same page They had me doing 6 different things in 6 complete different areas!!!

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
