Pros

Flexible Working Hours, it payed above average for a part time college job.

Cons

As I was a low level employee (a job while in college) the other individuals there tended to be irresponsible. They pushed us heavily to sell credit cards to unsuspecting patrons, which is horrible. You should never get a credit card to buy clothes. So, I always got harped on for not selling them. Expect this company to go out of business soon, if they aren't already. Amazon is a monster that will consume us all. Vae victis.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
