Pros

The job use to be fun and enjoyable the best when it was run by Micky! When he was in charge we took care of our customers and we were high class store.

Cons

Now it’s all about the stats get customer on and get the customer off the phone quick as possible. It’s all about numbers not the customers any more and it shows and you have all goals met or you get “occurrence “ you get then your fired!

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
