Pros

Overall great company, seem to somewhat care about their work at home employees

Cons

Ridiculous expectations pushing their credit card.....trickles from the top to the managers who force it upon us that it is absolutely nerve-wracking at times. Unrealistic expectations and makes sense why their turnover rate is so high.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
