Pros

Good working hours, good medical and staff discounts

Cons

Many staffs have worked for more than 15 years in the company and never know what's going on out there. Change is a word they try to avoid, and if anyone initiates a relatively innovative project successfully even it's a technology being used by other companies more than 10 years, it will be sounded like they have gone to the moon.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
