Pros

Since everything from discrimination, to corporate turning a blind eye from multiple reports from the store team, an incredibly low hourly rate with no raise after two years, there were no pros.

Cons

Seniority gives you a free pass at this company to do whatever you would like. These incidences include scheduling your associates less than 24 hours before a shift with no notice, ignoring time off requests until it's too late to approve, having personal vendettas against associates for your own amusement... When HR is contacted, they play the whole 'your feelings are valid' yet sweep the issues under the rug. It is very clear they do not care about their associates wellbeing and happiness whatsoever.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
