Pros
I found the staff in all departments very helpful during my time with the company, and I gained a variety of experience through the course of my employment. The company employs a very structured and disciplined approach to all areas of the business, with tasks and procedures well documented, supported by very competent staff.
Cons
The only regret I have, was the limited time I was with the company, having to leave, due to company restructuring, as a result of future perceived market share reduction in overall business sales.
