- Huge instability in senior management - the product directors are moved as soon as they start doing a good job, this filters down and creates instability in the teams and causes the huge attrition rate. - Outdated expenses policy - staff shouldn't be treated as JCB's own credit account. - Terrible diversity - you can't even get women's work trousers, I see loads of women on the shop floor wearing leggings because the work trousers don't fit, this isn't safe or fair. - Flexibility is awful - fixed holidays aren't great for younger staff especially and unnecessary for office staff.
