Pros
I worked for JCS since 2016. Company was very family oriented. Allowed you to make decisions for the better of the contract I worked with. One of their objectives was to be Customer Service friendly. Under the contracts I worked with allowed me to meet and interact with so many people. My background is in Customer Service. It allowed me to share my skillset with other co-workers. There were a few bumps in the road when this contract was started. We worked closer with Management of the contract to get a better understanding of their needs.
Cons
Newer Management be a little more transparent in decision making.
