Management believes in promoting and investing in their employees. Always on the bleeding edge of Microsoft Technologies, especially when it comes to Azure cloud. Understands family comes first, promoting support and flexibility. From Management to the team players, everyone is trying to help each other grow both professionally and personally.
Cons
Not a place where there is micro-management. If you're the type that needs alot of hand holding this might not be the place for you, JCS Solutions provides ANY tool and resource you need with the expectation that you keep pushing yourself forward. -- I personally like that.
