Pros
-the most important thing is company car which you are allowed to drive even when you are off. They've covered everything for you, gasoline, insurance, maintenance etc. - People are nice and well mannered, a friendly environment. unlike the other rival company that I stayed before. - inputting orders is very simple with their intuitive cellphone app, I love it. It saves a lot of time. -managers are not very pushy on meeting targets, you have your own schedule to work around. -Superb health benefit, almost everything is 100% covered. the best I've ever had.
Cons
- VERY LOW PAY, below market average, considering the lengthy and heavy workload. it's hard to survive in a big city like this, not to mention saving up money. even if you put all the car fees into considerations. -very disappointing bonus. if the profit sharing is like this nobody will have any motivation to sell anything. I was well over-achieving target for 6 months straight and hoping to be compensated by the bonus since the salary was already very low. I was shocked when I got the pay-check. It hurt my feelings when I think how much I've earned for this company. - Upper management is a mess. They don't take any responsibility on training new comers. The newbies are often forced to face customers without knowing anything and struggled to have a clue of what they are doing. -Very Japanese-oriented company. the outlook of your career depends on whether or not you are a Japanese or you speak Japanese.
