Low pay, low appreciation, only OK among certain people - Purchasing Clerk JFC International Employee Review

Lack of communication, lots of changes to fix that lack of, lot of hours to finish work (overtime), very low pay raises (not enough to match minimum wage increases), extra work given without the increase in wage, difficult to get any recommendations across, upper management takes any recommendations as an insult, incompetent people kept around, and lastly, training is all over the place, certain job positions it seems like you're seen as expendable.
