Dead-end office job, not a place for a career 😡 - Sales Support JFC International Employee Review

Horrible management, endured moral harassment for about a year from a senior coworker (in front of HR!). People passing the potato on undesirable customers, resulting in somebody having to take care of it, no redundancy for mistakes in place for orders, often resulting in ad hoc or pulling massive strings to fix mistakes. Warehouse sometimes refuses to communicate. Even though the company follows US work policies, the culture is very Japanese.... with all the strings attached. No advancement for non-degree holders. Pretty high turnover rate for a reason.
