No opportunity for advancement, scummy upper management, legally iffy, treat you poorly, underpaid for oregon, medical benefits continue to get worse, treated as replaceable, No respect, you feel like you have to tip toe all the time, not worth long-term employment, high turn over, you are always doing your job and then the work on the position they havnt hired for, no overtime, high expectations, little effort from management, upper management show distain for "peons"
