Benefits are decent and 401k match full 3% & a half of the 4-5%. Good departments for sales, engineering & lab/r&d.
Cons
Very high employee turnover for salary & hourly workers. Recent departures of longer tenure personnel has lost crucial knowledge to continue supporting basic operations and accounting. Consistent chemical accidents with minor safety improvements. No official training on outdoor heavy equipment. The new safety manager is under qualified with only 3 months as a safety assistant before being handed the role due to a change in management after a plant fire. A separate fire under different circumstances with new management occurred shortly after with no repercussions. While on the plant floor, coconut & coal powder carbon will eventually get into your nose and lungs &/or you will be desensitized from ammonia odors. Some office employees waste several hours a week discussing non-work matters while the others are overburdened and not compensated fairly for extra time.
