Director & Asst Director are so far removed from the examiners. They continue to create processes that put more work on the examiners and don't drive results. When you promote someone higher whose team was consistently at the bottom I guess you can't really expect much. All losses aren't bad, that's their motto and this may be true but soon great employees will start leaving. They are already looking but management doesn't care. The systems we use do not make this job easy to do. It's very time consuming to work a claim based on the expectations that are set.
