Pros
1) Money is good that too you can get in any of the MNC very easily. 2) Good for people who live in Bhopal and doesn't want to explore any other place.
Cons
1) Worst timing. 2) Micro Management. 3) No actual projects, you have to work on someone else's identity. 4) Worst training. No real trainer, Self-study. 5) No stress-busting activity. 6) No tea-coffee vending machine. 7) CEO does not have an insight for the company, no future goals, the only goal is how to make money. He does not even know how to talk to people. 8) Higher people act like a dictator.
