Pros
As an organisation, Java R&D has been always striving for client satisfaction along with offering excellent opportunities for the growth of its employees. Following are some of the pros according to me: 1. I've never been short of opportunities or projects to work on. That has been fruitful for my knowledge and growth. 2. Compensation for the work is better than the most of the companies in the sector. 3. Senior management has always been there for me, they treat us more like a family member than just employees. 4. Got to learn a lot from colleagues who have been part of IT industry for quite some time. Whenever I needed any work related help, it has always been there. 5. Good place to work on projects with cutting edge and latest technologies. Learning opportunities are always there. I joined the organisation as a backend developer and in a very short span of time I've gained the experience required to be a full stack developer with cloud technologies, all because of the projects I've had hands on experience on.
Cons
I don't see any downside at the moment. Working for the organisation has been a boost to my career. It was tough to maintain work life balance in my initial days, but that was my personal dedication towards the work and I need to improve upon that.
