I was hired as s fresher and its my 5th year with this company. I have been working on good new stack core development projects where i have learned so much. I speak to my seniors who are with big brands n many things i know more than they do. I got the opportunity for client interactions very early in my career unlike my other college mates with other companies. It’s also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. If this not what you are looking for, look elsewhere. The management team seems to care about their employees. There are at times lot of work but then other flexibilities are taken care of.
