Great resume builder! Good experience and learning opportunities with getting state certifications such as a Qualified Supervisor for herbicide application. Trailering experience and much more. They will pay you more than posted position if you stay with them longer or for more than one season.

Hard to get a permanent position. Feels like a line to get a permanent position regardless of experience. They look more at how long you’ve been there. There are Limited Term Employees that are still waiting after 3 years for a full time position.
