Pros
My school is great. There is a family atmosphere, we do things together and expect the best from our students. I belive many JP schools function this way.
Cons
The system as a whole could improve on the following: recognizing all members of faculty, including para-educators, providing opportunities for Paras without college degrees to obtain education degrees. This would ensure that they hire people who are serious about teaching, Better communication with ALL principals so that people aren't doing double work, Better pay for teachers. We work very hard. We deserve it.
