Good kids and supportive admin, but discipline lacks follow-through

Depending on the school in the district there are some really good kids and supportive administration

Cons

Discipline is treated as a 30 second timeout instead of taking considerable action based on the incident. Most of the time the "punishment" does not for the "crime". The consequence is often lacking. It is extremely difficult to have a child removed from the classroom let alone the school.
