Students! Only reason I stuck around was the students.

Cons

No resources, no training, LOW PAY, no accountability, no materials, mentoring sparse if at all, toxic work environments w abusive teachers and staff, work nonstop for useless lesson plans; some schools had better culture & teams & leadership, woefully absent at others.
