Good experience, but too easily burnt out - Teacher Jefferson Parish Public School System Employee Review

Almost all my colleagues were burnt out. There was a very negative tone day in and day out toward students and district adminstration (some of which was warranted). Inside the school, there was great support, but there was relatively none in so far as district-wide leadership. For example, district/school programs were sometimes progressed on the whim of an individual with little experience in financial resource management - the outcome was typically a mishandled budget and a waste of training hours.
