Pros

I love teaching, I always will -- and despite the ABSURD amount of red tape that comes between the teacher-student relationship in JPPSS, the kids in this district are spectacular.

Cons

Some leadership "opportunities" (a.k.a. -- extra work for teachers who receive little to no compensation in return) are available only to *certain* teachers at *certain* schools.
