High demand, low support - Teacher Jefferson Parish Public School System Employee Review

Time that could and should be spent on the children is spent on paperwork, data analysis, assessments, etc. The list goes on and on, and very little of it is productive and helpful to actual instruction. There is absolutely no work/life balance!
