Pros

Some of the best training when it comes to professional development in the recruiting industry. Coming from other staffing firms, this was the first time I've seen a training program geared around tiered growth i.e. first 3 months, very structured and organized training. After that, you're attending regular weekly meetings based on your current skill set. Most places give you a two week crash course in how to do the job where they fly you out to corporate, send you back with some training material and online dashboards to complete...from there, you're thrown into the mix and setup with strict metrics after 60-90 days. Also, the opportunity to grow your career from within the organization is non-comparable. Most people have the opportunity to be promoted to an assistant manager role within 12-18 months based on performance. From there, you're able to grow and move to different markets and acquire a whole new set of skills...opportunity wise, you don't see this in other recruiting agencies.

Cons

This is NOT your average 9-5 but those who are successful in this industry don't get there by working less and getting lucky. Naturally you'll see some turnover but again, this job is not meant for everyone.

Pros

Young Money..... Get ready to make bank. Once you walk across the hot coals, you earn between 95 - 120K. The Crew...... There are no words. The most interesting, intelligent, & just plain fun people you will find. Happy hours, team nights, flip-cup in the office, black tie events, & a Halloween taken so seriously it's almost weird. No Red Tape..... Entrepreneurs & Innovators Welcomed That being said, full-desk is a difficult job. Not for the weak. The Training...... A 12 to 16 Month Sales Bootcamp. You will sweat. You will cry. But when it's all said and done, you come out a storm.

Cons

Rapid Growth and constant change. For some, this would be tough. Benefits.... Don't blow me away. Smile and Dial...... Happy Hunting. A blessing and a curse. You source and research your own leads, pick up your own clients, and cold call to get there. You learn to work smart and hard. Transparently, this is the most difficult part of our job. Once a recruiter masters this, they tend to take off.
