Pros

If you are young, looking to get recruiting and need a stepping stone, are into happy hours, not a bad place to be to pay some bills for the short term. They actually have very comprehensive training (None of which will help you with the cold calling) but it will provide you with a great foundation to take your talents elsewhere. Depends on your threshold for how long you want to stay. Most would recommend 3 months. They will literally hire anybody.

Cons

I worked in the San Francisco Office back in 2016. Filled out a review for another company and figured why not add to the entertaining yet truthful reviews for this circus of a company. Horrific, Invasive, and Dehumanizing office culture. Call it the "Pit." Managers micromanage all day everyday (Micromanaging in the beginning is understandable but their methods are too aggressive). A lot of the management is immature because they have never developed the emotional IQ that most work environments help establish because of their "Everyone starts from the bottom" approach. Other Kool-Aid drinking reviews say "Need to be a hustler and not for people who don't want to work" it's just not true. Very low success rate cold calling hiring managers who don't want to deal with a shady company they have never even heard of. One step above those scam calling companies based out that try to steal your social security information to be honest. Do not be discouraged and emotionally abused if you end up working here. You are a hard worker but you have a better purpose at a place that is nearly impossible to thrive. Still salty after leaving almost 4 years ago? Nope not at all. I make more than most the PM's and directors now almost certainly and have had great career success in my true calling. In this place's defense though, recruiting was just not for me.

Pros

Young Money..... Get ready to make bank. Once you walk across the hot coals, you earn between 95 - 120K. The Crew...... There are no words. The most interesting, intelligent, & just plain fun people you will find. Happy hours, team nights, flip-cup in the office, black tie events, & a Halloween taken so seriously it's almost weird. No Red Tape..... Entrepreneurs & Innovators Welcomed That being said, full-desk is a difficult job. Not for the weak. The Training...... A 12 to 16 Month Sales Bootcamp. You will sweat. You will cry. But when it's all said and done, you come out a storm.

Cons

Rapid Growth and constant change. For some, this would be tough. Benefits.... Don't blow me away. Smile and Dial...... Happy Hunting. A blessing and a curse. You source and research your own leads, pick up your own clients, and cold call to get there. You learn to work smart and hard. Transparently, this is the most difficult part of our job. Once a recruiter masters this, they tend to take off.
