Pros

I literally cannot think of any pros other than locations likely.

Cons

Honestly this place dragged my mental and physical wellbeing to hell. DO NOT DO THIS JOB. Terrible morale, very cliquey, people turn on each other left right and center, terrible management and most importantly TERRIBLE PAY with which you can barely move up. They force you to call people until people are literally YELLING at you to stop. They made me bring in people who they knew were not "good enough" to place anywhere but literally made me bring them in so they could get more information on where else these people were interviewing and get the names of the hiring managers so they can call these managers and harass them. My team was absolutely awful, provided no support, coerced me to continuously ask questions candidates were not comfortable answering. I would come home drained, tired and mentally at a very low point. I barely saw my friends. They also encourage you to "stay longer" in case you get calls. I would get home everyday around 7pm even though I lived 4 stations away. Please don't do this to yourself, this place preys on young graduates and literally ruins lives.I would rate this zero stars if I could.

Pros

Young Money..... Get ready to make bank. Once you walk across the hot coals, you earn between 95 - 120K. The Crew...... There are no words. The most interesting, intelligent, & just plain fun people you will find. Happy hours, team nights, flip-cup in the office, black tie events, & a Halloween taken so seriously it's almost weird. No Red Tape..... Entrepreneurs & Innovators Welcomed That being said, full-desk is a difficult job. Not for the weak. The Training...... A 12 to 16 Month Sales Bootcamp. You will sweat. You will cry. But when it's all said and done, you come out a storm.

Cons

Rapid Growth and constant change. For some, this would be tough. Benefits.... Don't blow me away. Smile and Dial...... Happy Hunting. A blessing and a curse. You source and research your own leads, pick up your own clients, and cold call to get there. You learn to work smart and hard. Transparently, this is the most difficult part of our job. Once a recruiter masters this, they tend to take off.
