Team work - working together and helping each other to make sure that product and services are exceptional. Opinion and expertise are valued. Wonderful benefits Bonus program based on profits Growing and stretching are expected and rewarded. Higher learning education reimbursement. Promoting from within, and allowing members to move up based more on their experience and work ethic in their current positions.
Cons
Many changes have occurred in the management, structure, and working atmosphere and this has directly impacted my list of cons. The company has lost much of it's family feel with it's growth over the years. Duties are now more focused on your job alone, and errors and issues outside of your department (team) are considered not your responsibility. (Less team work). Education reimbursement has been reduced to a set dollar amount per year. Less opportunities for advancement within the company, unless you have the requisite degree, and working experience in the area they are looking for. Opinions and expertise are not valued like they once were, unless they agree with management.
