minimum wage but extremely high sales goals and 1% commission, upper management does not care about part time employees, work/life balance discouraged; management oversteps in employees social lives (reading/sending texts that are completely un-work related, encouraging sexual employee relationships), expecting you to respond outside of work hours, guilt tripping, name calling and manipulation of all employees, mistreatment of all LGBT staff until they all left that location, retaliation against any full time/part time employee who had issues with store manager, etc. anything that a manager shouldn't be doing they do here. upper management was made aware of all of this and no changes were made
