Pros
some decent co-workers. when its busy you can make some extra cash. slow, painfully easy job. 40 % discount up to about $200.
Cons
1. Most managers are horrible, they think they're great, loving, don't pick favourites, but its the complete opposite. I made 1 mistake in my first 2 weeks of working and my manager didn't give me shifts for 3.5 weeks, then no reason why. Petty people, cliquey, just the worst. 2. Base Pay + 4% commision... some days you're lucky to make it out of an 8-hour shift just at minimum wage. Most of the time you're paid under minimum wage. 3. In the slow season, you're lucky to get 1 shift every 2 weeks 4. Make you bring out 4 pairs of shoes, a pack of socks, and a protectant spray to a customer. It's truly embarrassing asking a mom of 5 to buy 5 pairs of socks for almost $20 and 4 pairs of shoes per kid.
