Business Outlook
Pros
Performance based if you sell well you get promoted get more hours etc. As a co manager and later a co manager the job is relaxed and can be a good fun time. Sales training is good to know outside of the job as well.
Cons
Work like a slave min of 45 a week as managment you get a small base pay and 4% commission but during slow time that means while your dm has you working manditory 6 days a week with 60 hr a week you end up with minimum wage because the stores are way too slow during slow season. no respect for a life outside of journeys.
