Pros
the company as a whole is very inclusive of all genders, which was one of the pros that brought me here.
Cons
being management and salaried you are expected to work a minimum of 55 hours per week, no matter how good my sales were I never recieved commission in multiple months, even during busy holiday season and reaching over 500% of my weekly/monthly sales goals. When I first got promoted it also took them 6 weeks to get me my correct rate of pay, and even when I did the backpay was not as much as it should have been. My rate of pay was lower than I was told when I accepted the promotion, but since I did not have the offer in writing I was told "the person who told you that pay was incorrect", even though it was the person in this position previously. I've seen their pay stubs, they made more than I ever did. I had to make daily phone calls to my district manager in order to ever recieve my correct rate of pay, and literally got told "we forgot about you" when I finally recieved my backpay. Pay when broken down hourly for my salary came out to $10 an hour. unacceptable.
